Participants & Selection

Participants are chosen by a committee comprised of community and business leaders, following an application process which begins annually in July. Participants are identified as individuals who are most likely to utilize their leadership skills for the long-term benefit of the Sierra Vista area. Individuals selected are:

• ■ People from business, government, community service organizations etc… who are willing to devote the time and energy to complete a nine-month program with a rigid attendance policy.
• ■ Individuals with a sincere commitment and demonstrated interest in serving the Sierra Vista area.
• ■ Individuals with the potential for advancement in leadership roles within their organization.
